If you use a wheel-mouse, you may be able to change the text size by holding down the Control or Command key and turning the wheel. In some browsers you can change the text size using Control or Command and the + and - keys.
You can also specify the font styles, colours, and foreground and background colours. The way you do this varies from browser to browser.

Styles and colours
At present there is only one default style - other styles will be available soon, or you can override the default style using your own stylesheets.
Internet Explorer users should click on tools, options and then the colours, fonts or accessibility buttons to adjust the content to suit their needs.
Links
Many links have title attributes which provide greater detail on what the link is, unless the text of the link already fully describes the target (such as the headline of an article). Links are written to make sense out of context.
Images
All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null ALT attribute
PDF files
Adobe® Acrobat® Reader is free software that lets you view and print Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files. Download Acrobat Reader. Adobe can also help you access content using assistive technologies such as screen readers or screen magnifiers. You can link to the Access Adobe website for information on making these documents accessible.
W3C Compliance
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) provides Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for people who create and maintain websites.
These guidelines help organisations provide websites that are accessible to people with disabilities. The guidelines are split into 3 priority levels:
- Priority 1
- Priority 2
- Priority 3
All pages on this site comply with Priority 1 and the majority of pages comply with Priority 1 and 2.
We are committed to maintaining and improving the accessibility of this site. Our longer term aim is to provide a site that complies with all WCAG priority levels.
Feedback
We are always working to improve this internet site and feedback from our users is important to us. If you have any ideas, comments or suggestions after using the site then please contact us.
