'Cardiff - Working Towards a Healthy City 2008-2011' is the second health, Social care and Well Being Strategy for Cardiff which outlines plans to improve your health and the health and social care services available to you as a Cardiff resident. Through the Strategy we aim to ensure all residents receive the right place and build on the real progress made by the first Health, Social Care and Well being Strategy, 'Meeting the Challenge'.
The new three year plan describes the strategic vision and direction for Cardiff Local Health Board (LHB) and Cardiff Council, who will be working with partner organisations to deliver the vision for future services.
